ITV1's 'Dancing on Ice' 2007 winner, Kyran, will host the event and perform on the ice alongside other well known and much loved celebrity skaters including Irish investigative reporter and 2009 'Dancing on Ice' runner up Donal MacIntyre.
Former Olympic gold medallist and 'Dancing on Ice' judge, Robin Cousins MBE will choreograph the show, and fellow ice skating judge Karen Barber will direct the show.
After a 20 year break from the ice, Karen will also be performing once again on the ice with some of the world's best professional and amateur skaters, giving the general public a fun-filled family event featuring sensational skating talent with a few laughs along the way.
Kyran says "We're delighted that the Ice Party has been so popular. It really is a treat for all the family, so we're thrilled to add Blackpool to the diary and I can't wait to announce more skaters and celebrities to the cast over the coming weeks."
The Ice Party extravaganza skates into town on 23rd October running until 31st October 2009.
