Hot on the heals of recent Single, Benefit Show (For South Yorkshire Flood Victims on Aug 4th) and other live announcements, Sheffield 4 piece Little Man Tate are to play a show at the legendary 3,500 capacity Empress Ballroom in Blackpool and will also give the fans chance to download two free songs via NME.com.
One of the best, if not the best venue in the country, Empress Ballroom has played host to some of the most memorable shows in music history and was the scene of The Stone Roses final leap into the international spotlight as well as more recently being the venue of choice for The White Stripes ‘Under Blackpool Lights’ DVD.
As a nod to that seminal Roses moment, former Bassist with the band and now Bass player for the Primals, Gary ‘Mani’ Mounfield will DJ at the event as a special guest of Little Man Tate and yet more special guests are to be announced on the bill in the near future.
